ARENAS

• 50ft covered round pen
• 160ft outdoor sand arena
• 150×300 sand reining arena
• The arena footing is maintained to the highest standard
• Year-around our footing is excellent
  

CUTTING AND COW HORSE AMMENITIES

• Cattle on premises at all times
• Mechanical cow

EQUINE FACILITIES

Wash rack with hot water

• Twelve-horse mare motel under lights in winter
• Barn with 12×14 box stalls
• Barn with 12×14 box stalls with adjoining 1/2 acre pastures
• 14 paddocks, most with cedar rest bedding. Sizes range from 16×16 to 32×32

• Built in misters for hot days
• Three one acre pastures
• Huge tack room
• Bridle path surrounds three freshwater ponds

PRICES

• Training is $900/month and includes feed, board, blanketing and supplementing
• Add $100/month for box stall board or $200/month for box stall and 1/2 acre
  pasture
