Lynda’s real estate education began in Southern California and includes a heavy background in commercial real estate, complex exchanges, the sale of high rise office buildings, 200- to 500-unit apartment complexes and some industrial projects from Sacramento to Texas. In addition, DaCosse and Associates was very involved in professional real estate management, land development and sales.
Additionally, and just as important, Lynda is continually updating herself on the rapidly changing San Luis Obispo County and southern Monterey County profile. Maintaining up-to-date information of these changes is fundamental to giving Lynda’s clients the best possible real estate guidance . As a member of Nat’l. Assoc. of Realtors, Calif. Association of Realtors, Calif. Women for Ag, Paso Robles Chamber, Elks Lodge, Paso Robles Grange, Farm Bureau and many other local organizations, Lynda maintains current information on the constant changes which affect all aspects of vineyard, ranching, hospitality and other industries in our area.
After moving to the Paso Robles with her husband and two children 1991, Lynda now specializes in ranches, vineyards, acreage and residential properties in North San Luis Obispo County as well as southern Monterey County. She builds long-term relationships with her clients and is ready to assist you with your real estate investment requirements.
